Dr. Cook has been great, I totally trust my care with him. I feel that he loves his work, and will give his patients no-nonsense advice regarding their health care options, as he has with me. I'm thrilled that he's my doc!

Getting my covid vaccine was the happiest appointment with Dr. Cook and his amazing team. The office is sparkling clean and patient appointments are scheduled so that you do not need to see anyone but the doctor. Before leaving a room, they always make sure the hallways and lobby is clear of people and that you can safely distance on your exit. Even though everyone is masked, you can tell the staff is giving you a warm welcoming smile. Is it possible to have your doctor office to be one of your favorite places in all of Chicago? Dr. Cook just the best. He always is compassionate and caring and listens so well. I always leave with a smile. Thank you Dr. Cook!

Dr. Cook has been my doctor since around 2003. I have been fortunate enough to have insurance throughout this period and I make sure that he's in my network each time I change my provider or my plan. Thank you Dr. Cook for being knowledgeable and compassionate. And thanks to you and to your staff for your professionalism, friendliness and great care!

Dr Cook and his staff are amazing. They care about their patients and wants the best for them. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients! I am a registered nurse for the last 31 years and was impressed with Dr Cook and his staff! Dr Cook took the time to talk to my son Jack and was able to help him. Dr Cook and his staff are professionals and I would highly recommend his practice!

I have been seeing Dr. Cook for over 15 years, and he is an excellent physician. He always takes the time to answer all of your questions and he truly cares about the health and well-being of his patients. His staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well. I couldn't ask for a better level of care from Dr. Cook and his team!

Dr. Cook and his colleagues were thorough, especially kind, and very compassionate. It’s evident in their level of empathy that they love what they do and are in this profession to genuinely help others. I haven’t felt this comfortable in a doctors office in a long time and I couldn’t be happier to have found this practice. Highly recommend Dr. Cook and his colleagues if you’re seeking a patient, kind, and thorough doctor who will listen to ALL of your needs and concerns. At this office, they look at the whole person, not just the ailment the patient came in to talk about. Very grateful to have found them!

Had a recent visit with Dr. Cook and Team on September 12, 2022, and as always such great care. I feel see and heard each time. Not only is the care about acute needs but about prevention about my possible future care needs. I can’t say enough about Dr. Cook and his team. I’ll keep going back! It’s has been great to continue office visits during the pandemic with preventive measures minimize exposure. Always a pleasure to see Dr. Cook, Lupe, Cristina and the rest of the staff! I have been under Dr. Cook’s care going on 17 years now. They have always provided me with great medical care and always treated me with dignity and respect! Making sure that all aspects of my life are well. I look forward to my next visit!! Thanks for ALL that you do to provide health care!!

Dr. Cook is always incredibly welcoming, regardless of what the purpose of my visits are. He is so knowledgeable and respectful to not only us as clients, but to the med students he is teaching. He takes the time to listen to your symptoms, asks poignant questions that help to figure out treatments, and will workshop treatments with you that best suit your lifestyle and needs. The reception staff is also THE BEST- warm, thoughtful, and on top of their A-game! Always a delight to go to the office!

Dr Wesley Cook has been our family Dr for a long time and has always been there for all of us no matter the situation and not only as a Dr but as a friend that listens and makes it a points to understand what's really needed in order to help, this is a Dr you can trust , thank you, Dr Cook.
